By using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you (the "user" or "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. This Agreement applies to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are vendors, customers, merchants, contributors of content, information and other materials or services on the Site.

UFeis acts as a resource website to allow users who comply with UFeis 's policies to offer website services and to sell certain goods and services within a fixed-price format
You agree that UFeis is a resource website and as such is not responsible or liable for any content, including but not limited to data, text, information, competition results, judges marks, and dancer profiles, posted by you or other users on UFeis.
Age: UFeis's services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful. UFeis may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Site to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Site is revoked in such jurisdictions.
Individuals under the age of 18 must at all times use UFeis's services only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age. In this all cases, the adult is the user and is responsible for any and all activities.
In addition, some services offered through the Site may be subject to additional terms and conditions promulgated by UFeis from time to time; your use of such services is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
Password: Keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree to immediately notify UFeis of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security. You also agree that UFeis cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure.
Account Information: You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including a valid email address. You must provide and maintain valid payment information such as valid credit card information or a valid PayPal account.
Right to Refuse Service: UFeis 's services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended UFeis members. UFeis reserves the right, in UFeis 's sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. UFeis reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
Visiting and use of the resource portion of UFeis is free. UFeis charges annual fees for membership and subscription services related to the Mark Card features of the Site. When you open your account you have an opportunity to review and accept the fees terms and conditions. UFeis 's Fees Policy, which is subject to change, is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Changes to the Fees Policy and the fees for UFeis 's services are effective after UFeis provides you with at least fourteen (14) days' notice by posting the changes on the Site. However, UFeis may choose to temporarily change the Fees Policy and the fees for UFeis 's services for promotional events (for example, competition events); such changes are effective when UFeis posts the temporary promotional event on the Site. UFeis may, at UFeis 's sole discretion, change some or all of UFeis 's services at any time. In the event UFeis introduces a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD).
In certain situations, including but not limited to a void or invalid transaction, UFeis may issue a credit for the applicable fees to a member's billing statement.
You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with using UFeis. UFeis provides plans for both automatic and manual bill payment as outlined in UFeis’s Billing Policy. UFeis will send an invoice to the seller’s email address on file detailing the amount due for the renewal year’s fees and charges. The seller must pay the amount due in full within 15 days of the date of the invoice, or the account will be considered past due and is subject to suspension or termination.
UFeis offers two plans for paying your bill: manual and automatic bill payment.
AutoBilling: The following terms apply if you are eligible and enrolled in the automatic payment plan (“AutoBilling”).
Manual Billing: If your account is not enrolled in AutoBilling, then at the beginning of the renewal year, UFeis will send an invoice to the member’s email address on file detailing the amount due for the current year's fees and services. The member must pay the amount due in full within 15 days of the date of the renewal period, or the account will be considered past due.
Close Accounts: Members can cancel their subscription within 30 days of their annual renewal date or at any time prior to their annual renewal date. Members must communicate in writing or by telephone with notification to close account.
Refunds Membership subscriptions for website services are refundable within 3 days. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to provide a refund to Members if we discover erroneous or duplicate transactions. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to provide a refund to Buyers of tangible products if we discover erroneous or duplicate transactions or if we cannot deliver the tangible goods.
